Description
English William and Mary or Queen Anne walnut and oyster veneer desk on stand, early 18th century with later elements, having a bracket cornice, over an oyster veneer frieze, resting on a two door inlaid star motif cabinet with a fitted interior, over a green felt lined pull out writing surface, resting on a late 19th century stand with single drawer, and rising on barley twist legs with a stretcher and bun feet, having no apparent mark.

Condition
Later elements, structurally stable with scattered repairs, some loss to feet and stretcher, cracks to veneer, fill to dryness cracks, prior worming, few stains to felt, the later stand late 19th century, and scattered surface wear commensurate with scratches and scuffing.
