Pair of carved continental elongated giltwood wall shelves, 19th century, apparently unmarked.

Approximate dimensions: h. 21.375", w. 5.25", d. 5.5"

With overall gilding loss and two small holes from a previous mounting on the shelves, one of the shelves is loose on the screw with the screw splitting the wood behind, showing some repair and a screw added to hold the shelf mount on the same piece. The second shelf has a screw attaching the shelf to the main body.
