Pair of likely Canadian or British mahogany pedestals, circa 1876, each modeled as partially nude classical male and female figures holding aloft a circular platform, on domed plinth, apparently unmarked. Note: An identical pair were acquired in 1876 for Government House, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Wear to finishes with visible water damage and losses, both with dryness cracks, losses to beaded bands on bases, female pedestal is not attached to base, male pedestal is partially detached to base, both are structurally sound.
