Coin collar necklace in 18k yellow gold and diamonds. Featuring a replica ancient Greek coin after one from the Seleucid period. The coin having the head of Antiochus VIII on the front and Zeus on the back. Set in an open back stepped mounting flanked by two diamond lit bars, containing (20) round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.80 total carats of overall SI-1 clarity and H color. The bars attached to a wide brick pattern chain on each side with a hook clasp assembly. Apparently unmarked.

Note: this coin was never made in gold by the Ancient Greeks, only silver.
