Chinese cloisonne vase of Meiping form, having a short neck above a tapering shouldered form, decorated with writhing five clawed dragons contesting pearls of wisdom amidst flames and auspicious cloud forms, all floating over a band of crashing waves and Penglai, the Island of the Immortals, having an incised four character mark to the underside.
